It’s called visa fraud and benefits.

Step 1) Employers post jobs with impossible demands like needing a 20 year old with 10 years experience in the field, or posting a need for a very skilled job for basically minimum wage.

Step 2) the employer files for a visa worker with no bargaining power citing “need”.

Step 3) the employer then gets approved. That visa worker then gets multiple benefits that would never be permitted to you as a citizen including

A) housing stipends

B) the ability to work their own children and derive money from them instead of treating them as a liability (see all the underage workers at the Mary Jane plant in CA), which allows them to out breed the natives

C) special loans

D) special money from their old country governments in expectation of kickbacks (did you know that 26% of India’s GDP is remittances?)

Step 4) now that the visa worker has multiple sources of income and benefits that are not from the company, but is dependent on the company to be allowed to be here, the company uses the visa worker to lower their expenses since the visa worker has no bargaining power and can be expelled from the country on a whim if he tries to negotiate…

Step 5) rinse and repeat until you’ve displaced your entire native populace

When it gets high enough, it looks like this… then the entire company moves to india.
