Norway has decided to replace it's ENTIRE government district to the tune of 5 BILLION $.
The 4100 office spaces will cost over 1 MILLION $ each, a THOUSAND $ for every Norwegian alive.
It's not news, but I can't stop thinking about it.
Norway is rich, they can afford to invest in their public services.
