I have been taking personal privacy seriously for several years now, and while I am presently still in practice a Bitcoin maxi, I am Monero curious. I see the value add it holds as a medium of exchange even if it is not a good store of value. Can it be the layer two we've been looking for? (Yes I know it isn't a layer two in any way shape or form, i'm being poetic)

I know the basics but if anyone has sources for a deep dive on monero I would be very interested, all forms of media welcome and i'm looking for the positives and the negatives. Seen all the Bitcoin university content re XMR.
