Inthink the idea is the former for now. We can certainly have special high signal options though. Maybe something for premium subscribers or as a seperate relay 🤔

It shouldn't cost more, it should just be selected notes from this relay. You could have a way to let users notify you of high signal notes to put into the curated relay feed.
This can be done by repurposing either kind 1984 reports, or a specific emoji reaction that you make a script to check for.
Yeah, that could work too. Been looking at WoT scoring models some but haven't yet tested anything.
