I put creatine in my coffee this morning. Let's see how this works out. If the grit is at the bottom I'm going to crash out.

GM!
GM. Pretty trees. Enjoy the coffee ☕️
You may have committed a coffee sin.
Blame the guys on the Swan podcast.
I will try anything to make creatine better. Usually I just suspend it in a little water and take it like a shot. I hate the grittiness.
I keep a spoon in my cup and stir it as it gets to the bottom to avoid this issue
So it will be there! I had my suspicions. People keep saying "I just dissolve it in my coffee" -- liars don't know what dissolve means.

—Creatine is really unstable in water even at neutral pH and room temperature, but it degrades rapidly especially under acidic conditions or high temperatures.
Coffee is both.
(Yes, I am a lot of fun at parties)

Morning 🥰🥰
Actually that was fun! Thanks.
I'm unstable all the time. 🤷 GM! ☕

Ok so make my water acidic and hot, and my coffee cold and basic…understood 🫡
I honestly don’t know how you concluded that’s what I said…😃
So it’s best to snort it?
Snorting A10gram rail of creatine in the morning…
Mans gotta do what a mans gotta do.
But for real is it bad to have it in liquid? I usually add it to my smoothie lol
As long as it’s not too acidic. Yogurt is what I put it in
Liquid is fine. Creatine just breaks down in water because it’s a sensitive molecule. When mixed with water, it slowly turns into a different substance called creatinine, much faster if the water is acidic or warm.
There’s a study thats easy to find that shows a pretty noticeable loss (<20%) of absorption when taken with orange juice (due to acidity)
Additionally, after 3 hrs even in a neutral pH, most of the creatine has converted to creatinine. (Which is not absorbed)
Good Morning ☕️🧡

5g grams of creatine, 20 grams of collagen and some colostrum as well.
