I don’t view meditation as listening to anything. Quite the opposite. I allow the thoughts to come and go without judgment. Do you meditate and listen? Could you elaborate?
Yes sure, you are right! Bad yogi words! Is not literally about listening! The corret word i should have use is to be aware!
