Lol I'm not pulling your leg! Something about whipping the yolk with sugar it just melds into the hot water. Doesn't change taste, kinda makes it creamier. You can also add collagen or gelatin to pump up the protein. I make my coffee breakfast too ðĪ·ðžââïļð
