Should we have the option to set how much a zap vote can be when we make a poll, so we can actually quantify results?

1 zap votes only...wait....πŸ˜‚ Someone is definitely going to vote, 13, 21, 50, 50k....

Also somehow making it so that you can only vote once would be nice, or maybe of you do vote more than once your extra votes don't show in the final tally, effectively wasting the extra votes.

Why not? People can vote multiple times and as much as they like, why would it matter if I vote? πŸ˜‚
