I am all for anyone and everyone using Nostr, but that doesn't mean I need to listen to them.

Shit coin shills = block ✅

Leftist loons = block ✅

Right wing loons = block ✅

Stalker type trolls = block ✅

Dead horse beaters = block ✅

That list will grow as we #grownostr and I am fine with it. I don't begrudge these people the right to speak I just don't have time to be bothered with their bullshit. 💩 I know some are bothered by this but I think we should all take this approach with our own BS detectors.

Signal > Noise = ⏰ Saved

If you want to spend your time debating these people, trying to convert them, what have you, my you be blessed in said fool's errand. I've learned over the years, our dashes wear out. At 50 I only have time to grow, not try to drag anyone against their will toward growth.

How do I recognize a bot? And how do I block it?

I don't think it's possible. Bots could just regularly change their key, making blocking impossible.

I dunno, you can just tell they're bots. some bots I like and don't block like water bot and Cyborg.

every client handles blocking differently, so you'll have to look and see how to do it in your client.
