For some women, their mothers left them dinnerware, jewelry, art, etc. Things that were cherished that can be passed on to future generations.

I, on the other hand, didn't grow up with a mother. I did inherit some dudey things like a watch, katanas and firearms from my Dad. 😄 I cherish them equally and will be passed on to my progeny.

This makes sense knowing your personality (a little bit )

I wear my grandfather’s watch often. Never met him, died in 1959, but it’s still a cherished possession.

I try to buy quality things because I intend to pass them down to my kids. So far they’re each getting an automatic watch, a Leica and a hand made bushcraft knife, all of them well used.

I inherited some non electrical or gas operating farming etc tools. I love them. Really

It's not about inheriting such things, but rather all the stuff you teach them up to that point! Skiing, shooting, how to change wheels, etc.

Has your belly started to grow yet? 👀
