Well that doesn't make any sense. Each country in Europe, and there are about 50 of them, have their own covid rules. Even those in the EU can't force citizens to be vaccinated to go abroad, they each have their own rules & laws. Maybe you missed the news Novak Djokovic the Serbian tennis player who has traveled around the world but has refused to get the vaccine.
