Just add a Monero address in your profile and any Garnet user can use the Monero tip button for any post your make. No need to make a new npub if you don't want to.

is there a way for Garnet to add a Monero address to my profile?
You can just do that yourself by putting it somewhere in your profile/bio with any old Nostr client (create a Monero wallet with Cake, Monerujo, or Stack and copy/paste an address from your wallet) look at my profile as an example
Alternatively you can migrate your nsec over to Garnet and it automatically does this
