I was addicted to anger when I was much younger.

I have a lot of it. Its 90% of the reason I do therapy.

I used to channel it into weight lifting. I got really strong back then.

Never been much of a lifter. 😅 but yeah working out helps.

I'm going to start again next week. I look lean but I'm weak and out of shape. Want to get strong again before I turn 40. If I can get even 70% of my old strength back I'll be happy.

Start today. Do some push ups man.

Agreed. For me, meditation and releasing had (and still has) a great effect on my anger levels. Forgive everyone for everything in your heart FOR REAL, while still pushing back intellectually and in every other way in the physical world. Congrats on your continued reflection and personal growth.
