all white cheeses are awesome. dairy is fairly high in carbs tho, i bloated up quite a bit on the milk diet, but that was a lot (2-3L a day)

I don't really drink milk; it's not good for my digestion. Just like cheese and cream.

My favorite cheese is probably quark, but skyr and cottage cheese are also very good.

I get raw milk from the dairy down the street, and use it to cook and bake.

quark has no fat in it, i don't like it at all, i find it hard to digest. cottage cheese is nice but it's usually made from skim milk also. it's ridiculous, the main thing that makes cheese awesome, and also smelly, is the fat.

my favourites are feta and the types like bulgarian "sirene" which is like rubbery feta. the best white cheese is sheeps, it is like 30% fat or something. same with yogurt. i really really gotta get a sheep dairy going. it's the best for milk, not funky and bitter like goat and not so high in carbs as cow.

I eat full-fat quark and cottage cheese.

i didn't know that existed. all the quarks i saw in the netherlands were like 1% fat.

Yeah, but they aren't real food. They're murky, sugary water. I've tried them before. Also, oat water. I accidentally put some into my coffee, at the office, recently, and had to pour it out.

Coconut or soy "milk" at least leave some sense of being fed, and taste good. Also useful for cooking or sauces. But I don't drink them, either.

I'd rather just drink actual water. I never got into the whole milk-drinking thing.

I know so many men who will pour an entire glass of milk and slam it back, and it's so barbaric. 😂 Like some Mongol raider, or something. Nursing from the mare before riding it into battle.
