Talking costs nothing. Putting data on Bitcoin forces every node to store it forever.

Language can be multipurpose. Bitcoin has just one purpose: censorship-resistant money.

Exactly, that is why over time the incentive to spam it goes down.

it seems incentive to allow spamming methods goes up. core is keep gifting new methods to not use it as money.
