These Flickering Bright White Lights are making us all SICK.
You must get rid of them asap.
Incandescents are a 1000x better option.
They have a stable light output, flicker less, are soothing to your eyes, produce NIR, create less dirty electricity & most importantly they produce a better light spectrum profile (closely resembles the sun☀️)

Any opinion on the Nira lights? For the price I’m not sure if it’s worth it if we can find incandescents.
Yo Rusty, I came across this article today after looking for incandescents. He argues that the bulb issue is way overblown. Since the lux indoors is like 1/1000 of outdooors maybe there’s an element of truth that it’s hard to get enough NIR indoors using better bulbs. I’m quite convinced of the outdoor light argument but since there’s no UV or long range infrared with bulbs and the amounts are so small I’m sadly wondering if we can move the needle much. Your opinion?
