The new waterproof LVP planks. Looks like old farmhouse hardwood but is indestructible. It’s floating. We have similar now but half our downstairs is carpet. Funny how we’ve never been motivated to do it while living here ( it’s a PITA) but to sell…

my parents used that waterproof LVP, it looks really nice and the waterproof part has held up

We have dogs. Used it in other parts of the house. Bomb-proof.
