I know that, but the information that is exchanged is more than what is needed to do a simple transaction, and if there is a better tool for that specific use case why would i use a less efective tool?

How many people are zapping from their own lightning node? 3% if that? And even then reciever privacy isn't great
Overwhelming majority is involving third party, like WoS or even ACINQ, surveillance into their transactions
