I opened a Tether acct years ago when it was first introduced, but never bought any. I've never bought any stablecoin since either because I'm not a trader and they really don't offer any advantage to me. I just buy Bitcoin and move it to self-custody asap after purchase.

I have many reasons to believe in the value of Bitcoin and expect it to increase relative to any/all other assets despite market volatility. I can only see reasons not to believe in the value of eth and stablecoins, and am amazed by their price resilience in the market.
