I don’t think it would work unless it was him (people might want to see a crazy person win)
So I doubt he’s serious about this. More of a play to scare trump camp by threatening to take votes away.

Theoretically, he could use insights gained from AI analysis of the entire Twitter conversation to engineer the most electable candidate and then remote control them via neuralink.
