It would not prevent other clients from reading those relays unless the encryption was non-standard, or was using a separate key to encrypt instead of your nsec.

However, not all clients will likely support encrypted relay lists, even though they could. This is similar to the situation with encrypted mute lists.

If something either has an official NIP or is defined as a custom NIP on nostrhub.io, one could vibecode something quickly using #MKStack on #Shakespeare (https://shakespeare.diy).
