22 Chickens in the freezer. Some parted out and some whole. With practice I will get quicker and the cuts will get cleaner.

Have you tried geese? Wonderful bird. Best taste. Best fat. This batch became confit. Best thing in our freezer :-)

I haven't raised geese yet. I want to in the future.
Geese are wonderful caretakers off the orchard. But need supervision from the apex predator.
