I've actually read these articles before. The second article is written by a moron. Sorry.

Ouch. Yeah that’s a dumb statement.

Still prefer that mullvad doesn’t ask for an email address at all. Proton knows my email address already for obv reasons. Separation of concerns is good for opsec.

I also think Mozilla switched from white labeling proton to mullvad. Wonder if there was a juicy reason for that or no.
