Nostr makes me feel good.

Twitter makes me depressed.

But i still go back to twitter because it's hard not to watch the train wreck in progress and doom-scrolling is a drug.

I need to do better

It’s very hard but at least for me, once I delete twitter I never felt the need to ever go back

The train wreck gives me hope - it shows how desperate the regime is. The more insane it gets the more joy I feel. Not in a psychopathic way (I hope.)
