I finally found a simple lightning wallet that works in the U.S. without running a node. Alby may get spun up in the future, but what a long and grueling search! (Thank you U.S. lawmakers.) Time for some #zaps when I get some sats in my balance.

Vipsats? I don't see any restricted countries they are listing unless it is your ISP restricting access.

Ah, that's a different wallet than what I'm using. I'm using Vipsats (which I'll link here for ya.) Eventually I might set up alby instead but I also don't want to keep a node online 24/7 at the moment.

Just figured I'd reply to this: vipsats had issues receiving payments, so I use npub.cash now.
