Finally, as I explained in my post, you can pick whatever temperature you want arbitrarily by simply rotating your satellite at an angle to the sun.
Space mining is clearly possible. Whether or not it is actually economical is a question of in-depth cost engineering that none of us are in a position to evaluate without an enormous amount of detailed cost engineering work.
