My thoughts on why Christianity is a failure and why western culture is being destroyed:

Bilbo and then later Sam should have killed gollum.

Instead we excuse toxic and parasitic behavior. Every policy, and the entirety of Marxism, that is destroying the west is done in the name of “protecting the downtrodden”, “helping the poor”, etc. The elevation of weakness to the status of virtue is the beginning of the slippery slope that ends now with importing the 3rd world to kill your children and abuse your women.

Compassion is only a value when it is given to those who DESERVE it.
