Tried it on your recommendation and went with white onion, garlic and unpasteurized, local honey. Dig it!

I was thinking. What if you blended the onion/garlic in a food processor down to a paste, added the honey, let sit, and then later strained it in a French press?

Holy hell Batman. You did it and it’s not just perfect, it’s beautiful.

I don’t know about the grinding idea. Seems like it would work but I don’t know if that magic lies in the reaction to the onion, garlic remaining “whole” or not.

Indeed. Yes, my consistency now is very watery. Smells like some hardcore onion, but tastes like fantastic honey.

Yup. My daughter doesn’t love onion like I do and loves the elixir.
