I’d say start with small habits, no cold turkey stuff.

Slowly add friction for habits you want to break, and remove friction for habits you want to keep, build, or improve. E.g. simply rearranging app icons on your screen leads to less usage.

We make thousands of choices in a day, try to make as many as you can consciously, even if silly. Reflect on some of those choices the next day.

Well, commuting once per week has forced me to notice that I am getting too wide for the seats on the train and that I'm slow and sort of lumbering, when I walk to the station.

I also eat a lot less, when I'm out of the house, which is nice.

I'm a real workhorse, now, and look it.
