How? Because you can still be fined if you post something on Nostr that they don’t like… Nostr doesn’t fix anything in this case

Because then you don't have to change RSS feeds, web hosts, move your mp3 and videos over to rumble, get cancelled there, etc.... Your source of income from a podcast is the real issue and getting cancelled means that you lose subscribers when you move to the new platform. I suspect he makes more than 75000$ a year on the podcast.

A decentralized podcast/website/file hosting fixes this.

yes but first they would have to FIND you, which is much harder by using a pseudonym.
