I read it as they're going to develop a wallet and allow anyone with a Google account to have access to bitcoin. That would be huge for adoption.

I'm not a fan of:

- Google/Apple password managers

- Google/Apple pay

But they do work for many, it just means that:

- things you deem private enough to require encryption can now be taken from you.

- to enable recovery, most people will make it possible for big daddy tech to read that data whenever they want or need.

Maybe not pay. I hear those tech are actually an improvement on banking tech.

I agree. I'm trying to view it as a stepping stone.
