Water only. Before this practice I constantly had dandruff. No shampoo helped, so I started the known practice shower only and that solved the issues. I can't speak if this would work gor long hair because I'm short haired but I can certainly say I have zero issues with my hair. I don't use any gair cosmetics and my hair is still orderless.
