No longer really meets the definition of an "insurrection" at the very least. Likely will allow for further disclosure of data to the general public, which if I had to guess is being held back because it is more of this kind of thing.
People who committed actual crimes should be tried by our judicial system, ideally by a jury of their peers. Functionally indefinite detention, denial of access to legal counsel, and explicit judicial plus prosecutorial bias doesn't meet that bar.
They were tried, and they have been getting convicted.
And as a result of prosecutorial misconduct (withholding evidence), hard working taxpayers like me will be paying them for their pain and suffering. But keep celebrating if you want.
