i get the error no receiveing capacity, so i think she needs to empty out a channel or open a new receiving channel

Maybe she forgot to pay the subscription fee. I signed up a month ago to Alby and never paid the subscription apparently so it stalled out trying to pay people on Alby Go.
I couldn't figure out what was going on until I finally checked email and realized it was trying to get the subscription payment.
