It’s called #DeadHang
Just find a bar, pull-up bar, or anything you have at hand, and hang for as 3 minutes everyday. To tension, you really hang loose. Ideall the bar is high, so your legs are extended and feet don’t touch the ground.
I started today with 3 x 30 seconds after my workout.
