What is a rabbit’s primary defence mechanism? It’s escape.

What about plants (vegetables). They can’t escape. It’s mainly poison ☠️

What's your point? Go full meat is the way? Also, a lot of plants reproduction system is getting their fruits eaten and some micelia is getting their mushrooms stepped and destroyed.

It’s just something to think about. For now I’ve increased my meat, eggs and soft bones, and have reduced vegetables and am constantly observing. Particularly the impact on digestion, skin health, and energy levels.

That's a really good point. Learn to listen the body is a journey. I found a sweet spot in what I call the 30Macro. From the calories you consume 30% Protein 30% Fat 30% Carbs. Then you have an extra 10% to allocate to whatever you want.

Counting calories completely changed my relationship with food.
