I could see how someone might think of it as nudity, but it's still a layer of something in between the rest of the world and your skin, so it's not nudity imo. Even if it doesn't leave anything to the imagination.
Disagree, clothes are clothes , skin is skin. It’s odd but that’s how it is for me no matter how tight the clothes it’s still a layer to mine eyes 👀🫣

Totally disagree. Nudity means there is nothing covering the skin. Simple as that. Why confuse the topic? This type of behavior is the kind of stuff that makes the kids look at us like we are idiots.
I changed my mind. Public obscenity doesn't require nudity. If you print a photo of your privates on your lose trousers, it's not nudity neither.

I can see why some would agree with this. But I would have to disagree.
Nudity literally refers to the state of being NAKED or NOT WEARING ANY CLOTHING. It involves the ABSENCE of clothing on the body, where the skin and body are exposed.
Tight clothes are still a layer of fabric.
And for example, when I am in my Pilates class I want to wear my tight fitted yoga pants because I don’t want bulky pants in the way getting tangled up. Also I want my coach to see all of my muscles and my form, wearing tight pants helps with this, so she can correct me if needed vs in loose fitted pants she might not see mistakes in my form.
I can understand that.

Ohhhh, well, in this case - I want to say it’s semi nude.
But I am guilty of dressing like this myself sometimes 🫣 but I never really thought I’m going to go out nude tonight. It’s more like, oh this shows all of the curves off in just right light also on a hot summer night this feels great to dance in.
Also some might consider my choice in swimwear to be almost nude as well, but for that I think it depends on where the person is from. From Brazil you can literally wear a sewing 🧵 string and no one will think twice vs in American will think I’m 100% going out nude.
For me I just don’t like this large wet fabric all over me, I like how the sea 🌊 feels on my skin, I love how the sun feels on my skin, I love sitting in the sand and feeling it on my skin. 🤷♀️
Sounds dumb lol but this is kind of a tough one.
Also clothing like this, I can say 100% you don’t always know it’s going to be so transparent. You really don’t know until someone takes a photo of you and the flash just showed everything you thought you were covering.
