I used to use Oregano oil for every cold because it was so effective etc stopped using it so much because it didn't seem to do so much for me during the covid era. The quercetin and zinc/copper combo kicked its ass though.

If you know anyone suffering ill effects get them some peptides BPC-157 its all stuff your body produces anyway to heal. Given it to some people I know and they said they have felt much better as result. Methylene blue might be another good option too

I would only use it in more dire situations, your body gets used to stuff.

Colds I know I'll overcome with no special interventions.

So it's more like preemptively attacking a potential disease given to me by a tick bite for ex.

That's true when I say 'every cold' I mean one I would actually bother taking anything for. I hardly ever go to the doctors even when I probably should because most of the time they just use Dr. Google anyway.

Still very potent stuff and worth taking most of the time just less so for some viruses in my case.

Since eating more Vit D rich foods like decent quality eggs, I haven't even been sick for a year or two anyway. The statistics Joel Salatin comes out with for his eggs are pretty staggering compared to conventional.

And yes since growing my own eggs I have an increase in muscle mass, was disgusted buying so I stayed away from eggs until mine.
