You might want to try uploading your profile pic somewhere else Susie. Imgur (where you're pic is hosted) is showing an error for me (over capacity).

It also doesn't look like Nostr verified is verifying your npub for some reason.

Nostr.build is probably the best but I'd use an image hosting provider that is also supported by your primary Nostr client.

Upload a new image & then grab the URL for it & stick it in your profile.
