I know I could have searched it. Asking nostr is way more fun.

i have seen mentioned by pablo and dont believe the hype but tbh not exactly sure 😂 something like AI integrated with nostr?

That's what you call it wherever there's a Start Trek convention in west Hollywood.

😂

nostr:npub1l2vyh47mk2p0qlsku7hg0vn29faehy9hy34ygaclpn66ukqp3afqutajft can probably explain it better than I can, but as I understand it, it’s a way to submit a request via nostr, and AI providers can compete on price or quality results to meet that request.

The example I remember was asking, “generate a transcript from this podcast clip”, and the “sellers” will return the cost, time to produce, show a preview, etc.

Oh, that’s pretty freaking cool/awesome.

Psyched to see where it goes 🤙

places

it's going places

😂🚀

I saw someone posted that they had generated some AI art from one earlier, in fact

Yeah there was a post a little while ago. Very cool! Thanks for the explanation Boston.

My pleasure 🫂🤙🫡

yup

and they are composable

so the output of one AI can be the input of another AI

as in:

job 1: transcribe podcast A

job 2: transcribe podcast B

job 3: transcribe podcast C

job 4: grab the outputs of job1, 2 and 3 and grab the most interesting points, condense them to 10 paragraphs

job 5: grab the output of job 4 and create a podcast that explains the summarization

job 6: grab the output of jbo 4 and create an image

etc etc etc

Would the requester (customer?) be presented with one ⚡️ invoice that gets divvied up between the multiple services used?

vending machines can collaborate but behind the scenes, the customer only sees either a result or a LN invoice from each service provider that chooses to apply

each service provider might gather reputation or implicit recommendations from your social graph (via NIP-89) for specific jobs

so you might see 5 service providers when requesting a job for #bitcoin podcast transcription, but a bunch of the people you follow say (implicitly, via NIP-89, not that you're asking them) they use provider 4

Thus, your client might opt to move provider 4 at the top of the list.

Or even just go with provider 4 and never ask you which provider you want.

The idea is that the flow is so flexible that clients can create the best UX possible.

This is f’ing unreal dude

it is

🤯

Wow! Amazing!

this is an old video, it's much cooler now, but it should give you an idea

Still have no clue 😂

nostr is the coke machine, lightning is the quarters, AI understands which button you select and gives you exactly the product you want? but there are infinite buttons so to speak? idk my best guess rn

I see!

well i hope it is right! 😂😂 also from bostons note it seems on the backend maybe the AI competes for your quarters

Yesssssss I like it when there’s competition for my quarters and loonies!

you want data processed in some way? you place a job request saying what you want and service providers process your data in whatever way you want

image generation

translations

transcriptions

explanations

summarization

whatever that outputs data is fair game

Thank you for the explanation!

It’s you, you’re dispensing data. How valuable is your data? Give it away for free or charge a premium? Maybe it’s not for sale or available 🤷🏻

Zucker Meta 🤪
