As a Vikings fan I would rather they find a way to get McCarthy instead of giving up all that capital to move up to 3. As we have seen QBs in the draft are a crap shoot over 50% of the time. Its like these teams lose their mind to get their guy and they end up with an average player who sets their team back 5 years because they do everything they can to make the average guy workout to save face.

Lucky if one out of the projected top four turn into anything but journeymen or backups.
