Does the phone need to be one for the Blink Address to accept the payment? 🤔

blink is custodial so the node is always online to accept the payment to a blink lightning address.

Haha! Not sure why I was imaging the payment going from Blink to Phoenix without remembering that the latter is non-custodial.
