Government over regulation full on display on my job. We are installing a sign on top of the building I’m working on. It needs to be secured to the steel structure of the building. Usually an inspector would just come check the work after it was done. This town is demanding to watch the holes being drilled into the steel. There’s at least 12 spots and they want to watch each one individually being drilled. 🤦‍♂️ 🤪
