It depends how you look at it. A lot of lots for sale and interesting real estate opportunities now. Because it still is an amazing place to live, but it definitely has its unique risks

The risk is too high for me I feel. Plus insurance on it would be nuts once you rebuild. It was always a pleasant escape from the craziness of Hollywood or the valley.

It really is, that’s what always got me about it. I miss it. The only real place in LA that I can truly say I miss.
