Growing up Christian, whether you know it or not you’re taught and heavily influenced by civil disobedience through the life and teachings of Jesus

And then in college I was taught civil disobedience from studying the 60s and 70s in America

And now in Bitcoin, one of the greatest acts of civil disobedience (in many nations and contexts)

Positive change in our world requires civil disobedience

Bitcoin is the ulimate civil disobedience. Fiat is a decree against saving. Using bitcoin is a rebellion against fiat.

More like it's in line with civil obedience. The rulers didn't detur it they embraced it & outbought the public. It's just another chain extending from their hand.

Bitcoin is unique in that it's the only act of civil disobedience you directly benefit from.

Amen!

Good observations. My 2 cents is that I see a lot of bat shit crazy nonsensical civil disobedience from the left (20 years ago I would see it from the right).

If you can't coherently articulate in public what your justification for civil disobedience is then you should shut the fuck up and be obedient.

I don't think you are suggesting all civil disobedience is useful but right now we have a ton of it (the useless kind) and not enough of it (over the target). The concept is actually weaponised by various agenda driven groups that do not represent the interests of local communities. So a lot of it is manipulative and counter productive IMO.

I agree with you that organic and based civil disobedience is valuable. However busing people in or paying people to conduct 'civil disobedience' - GFY to those in the shadows of manufactured civil disobedience.

All disobedience around fiat money is warranted because it is by definition the greatest evil facing humanity.

Time to flip those tables.

#bitcoin only ✌️

Civil disobedience is worthless without personal diligence

Worth also considering 100% of civil disobediance has been directed at governments.
