Not quite that tight of a window 🪟 for my eating 🍽️ but I aim for 6hrs or less if I can.

Has definitely helped my sleep and mental sharpness as well. 🫂💜🤙

yea sleep is a big one. I need to lose some weight. This, running and jumprope are the quickest routes

Consider some KB or other weighted resistance exercises for an increased metabolic “after-burn” if weight loss is a goal. 🤙
