I know of one that takes BTC and has a phone calls and SMS option only for $5 a month. Unlimited talk and unlimited text messages. What I do for data is use regular data-only e-SIM options in fiat, skipping silent. While silent has its use case(s), it's pretty expensive, in my opinion.
