also many devs r trying to retain birdUI experience since most user find difficult change habit if see total new type UI

While I agree with what you say I don't think we need to throw the baby out with the bath water.

The UX/UI is good. It's the stupid fucking bullshit permeating legacy social media that's the problem.

I hit Twitter and I get all riled up. I look at nostr (any client) and I'm all calm and happy. It's the message, not the interface that's at issue.

UX is not issue at all OLD or NEW - but new thinking out of box is better also - people cant change habits - so 2rope them in

X web eats RAM memleak type - no such thing in nostr web clients

Sure its not just there's more people on twitter and its people that are at issue?!

(tho obvs nostr still better because you can always make your own filter/algo)

yes non-tech-savvy will arrive SLOWLY at end not faster . wait n learn

Wow you on windows 7 bro?

Yeah. It's pretty rock solid. I'm really more worried about breaking all my applications (like Adobe CS 6, which I own) by upgrading to 11.

Yeah, makes sense but that's old 😂

I'd move to Linux but there aren't many media production applications that are built for it so that's out. I hate Mac stuff so that's out. I'll have to get a new computer soon anyway but in the meantime, this one works well enough.
