Went down the Wim Hof rabbit hole. Lots of great stuff there and I still practice regularly. I would love to meet him someday and jump off the waterfall into the ice water #goals

Yeah, it'd be lovely to meet Wim one day. I'm going to Poland later this year and I'm curious whether I'll see & feel that icy waterfall 😅
