Not really. Unless you're going to live in the wilderness outside of all the trappings of civilization, the life you lead is predicated on societal dependencies of sprawling complexity, all of which can only be maintained if antisocial behaviors are actively stamped out and kept below a level where they cause these systems to stop functioning.
